Last Saturday visited this one of the
fine dining restaurants in Mumbai with a couple of friends and honestly didn't expect it to hit this hard.
The moment you step out of the elevator on the 48th floor, the view just stops you. Mumbai at night from that height is something else. We grabbed a table near the edge and just sat there for a good 5 minutes doing nothing.
Food-wise the prawns are a must. The desserts are where Bastian really shines though, don't skip those. We also tried a couple of cocktails from their bar menu and both were well done.
The vibe shifts completely once the DJ starts. It goes from a nice dinner setting to a full-on night out pretty quickly, which we loved. Music was good, crowd was fun.
Only thing — go with a reservation. Walk-ins on weekends are almost impossible and they do charge a cover for dinner that gets adjusted in your bill, so plan for that.
Overall a solid 8.5/10. The views alone are worth it but the food and energy make it a full experience. Will be back for sure.
