Surface laptop 1769 touch screen not working, even in UEFI mode

hello, have Surface laptop 1769 touch screen not working, even in UEFI mode, not dirver issue? any ideas where to start from?

Usually, when it does not work on UEFI, the problem is related to the hardware
I advise you to update Windows first and the BIOS if a recent version is available, then open the Surface to check the hardware

thanks for reply. I'm trying find fault in hardware, there are no fuses on the board and it's wierd. also 1.8v and 5v are missing near the touchscreen connectors. injected those valtages but didn't help. any ideas?
